Running Tundra Sketch

For some odd reason I really really want a triple fire tundra, so I started throwing together some near misses to breed my way to a pair of triple fire tundras. I won't lie, I don't like the breed much at all, but all I can think is having all that furry mane burst into flames and how cool they would look like that. I wanted to get this image out of my head and on paper while it was still fresh in my mind. The tail bothers me a little bit, but I like the rest of it. When I think of tundras, I think of a lions and tigers, so I made his body a little heavy set and wings might be a bit too small.

Will finish it later! I really really like this sketch a LOT and I wanted to post it just like this.

I think I'm going to use this drawing to once again try to break out of my comfort zone and attempt painting directly on the sketch rather than do line art.
